Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel services, attractions, shows, and accommodations in Branson.
Build Branson travel itineraries. Assisting customers with bookings, reservations, and ticketing.
Provide customers with savings opportunities using promotional programs.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent experience.
