Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined or have manufacturing experience. We are willing to train the right candidate. You will be performing layout assembly and soldering of wires. You will be given a drawing and work instruction and will need to perform the assembly. The products you will be assembling include cable harnesses, thermocouples, sensors, and satellite heaters. This is a general assembler role with a focus on soldering.

• Microscope soldering and brazing (a big plus)

Work Environment

It is a nice work environment. It is clean and fairly quiet with about 100+ employees at the facility. You have autonomy to do your work and just need to hit your production goals. There are about 36 assemblers currently who all report to the production supervisor. You can stand or sit to do the assembly, and some people have headphones on. It is a production atmosphere with goals that need to be hit.
