We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the Branchburg, New Jersey, United States. As an HR Recruiter, you will primarily focus on the recruitment process for a variety of positions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment activities with a strong emphasis on full life cycle recruiting

• Engage in regular communication with prospective candidates

• Ensure an efficient recruitment process by maintaining accurate records and data

• Respond to inquiries related to recruitment and contracts

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all potential candidates

• Continually enhance recruitment strategies to ensure the acquisition of top talent.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Recruiting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good decision-making abilities

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in the use of HR software and databases

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
