Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, maintaining hardware and software systems, and collaborating with other IT team members to solve complex technical problems. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via various communication channels.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.

• Promptly diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize disruption to end-user productivity.

• Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.

• Perform regular system maintenance activities, including operating system updates, software patches, and antivirus software updates.

• Assist in the setup and configuration of network connections, ensuring adherence to proper connectivity and security protocols.

• Educate and guide end-users on the effective use of computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures to maintain an updated knowledge base.

• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, including hardware and software deployments, system upgrades, and technology migrations.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT security, data privacy, and equipment usage. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar position.

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies is required.

• Experience with EO/IR systems and Mac Computers is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including Active Directory is essential.

• Proven experience in computer hardware and configuration management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage deployments and provide deskside support.

• Proficiency in Windows 11 and MS Windows 10 operating systems.

• Experience with the ServiceNow Platform is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
