Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper, located in Braintree, Massachusetts. This role will be primarily focused on managing financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The industry is business consulting and the role will be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts receivable and payable duties

• Manage financial transactions, including invoicing and payments

• Maintain and update financial records with precision

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management tasks

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Use Excel for data entry and financial tracking

• Complete account reconciliations

• Assist with month-end close procedures

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial processes

• Utilize Bill.com for certain financial tasks, where necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficient in bank reconciliations

• Solid understanding and experience in bookkeeping

• Strong data entry skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in month end close activities

• Proficient in using QuickBooks software

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
