About the role: A Quality Supervisor at Lexington is a leader who plays an important role in our overall success. This position is dedicated to enhancing the quality systems and fostering continuous improvement and growth of the organization, all while supervising the quality staff. This role involves developing and implementing quality systems, and documentation, and working closely with our customers. This position will report to our Director of Quality and is in office at our Brainerd, MN location. Job Requirements: Prior manufacturing experience, or a related field, with blueprint reading is required. Bachelor's Degree in a quality or a manufacturing discipline, and/or 5+ years' experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Able to communicate effectively to gather information from a diverse group and assemble reasonable solutions. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required with the ability to communicate across various levels of the organization and customers. Able to use various computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office Software. Able to use complex inspection tools. Requires knowledge of industry standards and quality assurance best practices including statistical control, ISO standards, auditing, and documentation control. Able to write reports, business correspondence, instructions, training, and procedures. Self-motivated, work well independently, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
