We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, ensuring employee certifications, tracking applications, and writing or modifying job descriptions. This role will also support the current HR leader with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Verify that employees have the required certifications.
Track and manage job applications.
Write and modify job descriptions as needed.
Assist the HR leader with various tasks and projects.
Essential Skills
Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in safety and compliance within a professional environment.
Proven HR experience in a professional setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong skills in HR administration and onboarding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in HR within a growing company.
Ability to grow into leadership roles.

Work Environment
The role requires being in the office 4-5 days a week from 8am to 5pm. The work environment is professional, and there are opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
