Position Summary
The Website Services Project Manager manages and supports digital program for Nestlé businesses and/or markets to ensure that the goals of the digital program are accomplished. The Website Project Manager is the main interface between the Business, the markets, the agencies (creative, UX, SEO, technical...), the Nestlé IT and the Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) Website & D2C Service operation team. The Website Project Manager takes ownership of the websites success and act as an extension of the business team.
A day in the life of...
Project Management: Manage optimization projects/initiatives across websites in scope by understanding business needs, ensuring implementation (by NGBS Website Optimization Service team or external partner) and reporting on project status and results.
Website new features: Ensure needs are properly understood by implementation partner (agency or internal)
Website new features: Ensure partner creates and run proper tests (incl. functional tests)
Website new features: Build and deliver training to markets on newly build feature
Coordinate business requests with other Website Optimization services resources (Content, SEO, Analytics)
Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, present actionable insights to business
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
Organize team ways of working (meet targets and goals, provide FTR solutions, follow estimates and deadlines)
What will make you successful
Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English
Hands-on experience with Website project management with multiple stakeholders (at least 3 years)
Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements and specific targets
Excellent communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times
Able to manage both speed and quality
Hands on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 7 and 8), SEO and analytic tools (at least 3 years)
Solid understanding of analytics and content optimization concepts and tools (Google marketing Platform, Google Optimize)
Solid understanding of SEO concepts and tools (ideally BrightEdge, DeepCrawl…)
Solid understanding of user experience optimization concepts and tools (SessionCam, Usabilla)
Familiarity with benchmarking tools (ideally SimilarWeb)
Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool
Experience working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment
At least 1 year experience managing (overseeing) a team from Project Lead perspective
