Pitt-Bradford is looking for an organized problem-solver with a keen eye for detail to be a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for the office of Experiential Learning & Leadership. You'll support the Department's mission by being committed to student retention, academic excellence, personal growth, diversity, campus and community service, and career development.

 

This is a part-time, temporary position working 22.5hr/week

 

Compensation: $16/hr

 

Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. * Assist with data entry and maintenance of office records. * Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. * Coordinate events and assist with student and faculty inquiries. * Perform other duties as assigned by the office staff.

Requirements: A high school diploma is required along with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This position requires computer competency and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to schedule Zoom and Team calls, and additional social network knowledge is a plus. A generally pleasant disposition, sense of humor, and service focus will help you fit right in!
