W R CASE & SONS CUTLERY COMPAN Manufacturing Supervisor in Bradford, Pennsylvania

The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the production departments and employees.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Coordinate, plan, and execute the daily activities of departments.
  • Establish priorities for specific customer orders.
  • Review crewing guide and work orders daily.
  • Monitor manpower to coordinate proper workflow.
  • Set up schedule for fabrication and completion departments to assure proper workflow.
  • Inventory control of finished parts as well as components in the bunks.
  • Confer with departments to determine progress of work.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred. 
  • Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required. 
  • Knowledge of AX operating system a preferred.

This position will work Monday - Thursday from 4:30 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.
