Amergis Health Center Director in Bradenton, Florida

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Health Center Director for a permanent role.

Salary ranging from $80,000/yr - $100,000/yr depending on experience

Relocation and Sign On Bonus Negotiable

Duties:

Oversee 33 Health Centers - direct reports would be practice managers and providers

Day to day: floating from one health center to another observing overall health center functions (front desk, waiting room, clinic, patient rooms, etc.) and finding areas for improvement, working with practice managers to implement and execute new processes, and measure the outcomes of those new processes.

Reviewing operating budget and working within budget to accomplish organizational goals

Measure, enter, and analyze data related to patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and other health center related functions.

Work directly with COO to provide quality outcomes, improve health center work flows

Work with practice managers to increase productivity, manage budget, work with collections

Technical Skills:

  • HIPAA compliance

  • EMR Software

  • Data Entry & Analysis

  • Medical Codes & Terminology

  • Billing & Collections

    Requirements/Preferences

    3-5 years of FQHC or ambulatory care center experience

    Experience with a multi-site organization (preferably 7 or more locations)

    Experience with budgeting/financial planning

    5-10+ years of leadership experience (preferably director level or higher)

  • Managing a team (5+ people)

  • Establishing team culture

  • Workforce development/Coaching/Training experience
