ATI is seeking to hire a Maintenance Planner to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This position will be based in Brackenridge, PA.
The Maintenance Planner will support our Hot Rolling Processing Facility (HRFP) at our Brackenridge Operation. This includes responsibility for scheduling of hourly crews, assembling work schedules, payroll, and other duties as assigned.
This role will require weekend on-call, evening on-call, and night shift rotation availability.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue the maintenance activity work schedule.
Prepare and coordinate contractor activities and work schedule.
Prepare detailed critical path plans including equipment and materials for major jobs such as planned shutdowns.
Ensure that equipment and material are available when required.
Assist storeroom in parts procurement, repair and identification
Issue and follow up on preventative/predictive maintenance inspections and procedures.
Ensure that necessary work history and documentation are organized and input into Maximo.
Attend daily meetings with operations and maintenance representatives.
Prepare summary and exception reports. Prepare long-term plans and schedules for review and approval by management.
Adhere to all safety regulations.
This position will also function as a Maintenance Leader and be part of the midnight shift rotation and weekend coverage rotation.

Basic Qualifications
Five years' experience as a Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Previous experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Maximo CMMS, as well as experience with project management software, MS Project or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
