Job Description: As an Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative and HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with specific experience in QuickBooks, Concur, AP/AR, reconciliation processes, and human resources. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Concur.

  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.

  • Solid understanding of HR functions including onboarding, training, and payroll management.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.

  • Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and financial statements.

  • Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial reporting.

  • Manage expense reporting and budgeting using Concur.

  • Handle HR responsibilities including onboarding new employees, conducting training sessions, and managing payroll processes.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.

  • Provide support to the management team and other departments as needed.
