Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring the smooth and effective execution of HR processes, policies, and programs. This role requires a versatile and proactive individual who can handle a variety of HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR position.

  • strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers and employees.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, company policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops to support employee development and continuous learning.

  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

  • HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

  • Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
