Our client is doing a Computer Replacement Project in which they need some additional help. They have both Dell PCs and Mac devices in their environment. They are looking for a desktop support resource who has experience working with both PCs and Macs. If they don’t have both then PC is preferred over Mac, they are still on Windows 10. They would like this individual to have familiarity with doing replacements in the past. They will have their appointments scheduled ahead of time and have to transfer local data to the new device. Some users have special applications outside of the standard image and will have to load individual software from time to time. This individual also needs to have IT Support experience, if there is a slow day on the replacements they will help out with day to day support, ticket backlog, etc. Customer service experience is very important in their environment. Higher Education experience is a plus.

2+ years of experience doing computer replacements

2+ years of experience working with PCs and Macs

2+ years of experience providing general IT Support

2+ years of experience transferring personal data (local data)

Secondary Skills:

SCCM / JAMF – tools they use to configure computers

TeamDynamix – their ticketing tool

Papercut – printing systems

Additional Skills:

Start Date: January 6th, 2025

End Date: April 30th, 2025

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
