Job Description

A large government contractor is looking to build out a new infrastructure team and bring on a SQL DBA! The mission of this program is working on a ground infrastructure team building satellites for missile defense. This role will require a minimum secret clearance, but candidates must be eligible for a TS/SCI. The DBA will perform everything from hardening to patches and the role will continue to grow as the system matures. The team is looking for hands-on individuals who are self-starters and looking for a role with collaboration, autonomy, and work-life balance. This is a long-term starting as a year long contract with extensions. All work will be performed onsite in Longmont/Boulder, CO running off of 4 x 10 schedules with some weekend work needed. The team is performing 1 and done interviews and looking to bring people on immediately -- apply today!

Pay Rate: $100-200k

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience as a DBA with PostgreSQL and MySQL

Experience with python scripting

a Security+ certification or ability to obtain one Experience with Ansible null
