Description We are in search of a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to become a part of our team in Boulder, Colorado, 80301-1067, United States. This role primarily involves managing and maintaining data related to equipment purchases, executing purchasing processes, and ensuring quality control. It offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee data management of equipment purchases through Oracle

• Facilitate a smooth and accurate procurement to pay process by interacting with other stakeholders during the procurement cycle

• Assist in the creation of purchase requisitions and execution of sourcing cycle quality control

• Input purchase orders, maintain records, and troubleshoot invoices using Oracle Fusion ERP for non-strategic procurement processes

• Generate ad-hoc procurement related reports in Oracle Fusion ERP

• Serve as the subject matter expert of procurement related transactions in Oracle Fusion ERP

• Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement department

• Perform data migration and system integration from old systems

• Handle general troubleshooting and quality control tasks

• Carry out other duties as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Solid understanding of Buying Processes and Invoice management

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Sage 300, and Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with Oracle Procurement and Purchasing Procurement

• Ability to handle Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and Procurement Requests efficiently

• Knowledge of Oracle Reports and Data Migration

• Understanding of Contract Terms and System Integration

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
