Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Boulder, Colorado. In this role, you will be part of our team, focusing on maintaining and auditing our inventory records, handling shipping operations, and providing administrative support to our clients and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately update and manage inventory records using ERP Solutions

• Handle inbound calls, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records

• Perform clerical duties to support the smooth running of the department

• Manage shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products

• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation in compliance with company and industry standards

• Oversee vendor inventory management, fostering productive relationships with suppliers

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for effective asset inventory management

• Administer client accounts, providing exceptional client service

• Manage shipping functions utilizing UPS Shipping systems. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Inventory Clerk or in a related role

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Ability to effectively answer inbound calls

• Demonstrated experience in auditing

• Skilled in performing clerical duties

• Experience with asset inventory management

• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures

• Ability to prepare and manage shipping documentation

• Familiarity with shipping functions and management

• Experience in shipping operations and shipping products

• Proficiency in UPS Shipping

• Experience in client administration

• Ability to manage vendor inventory effectively
