Seeking Skilled Calibration Technicians in Boulder - Direct Hire Opportunity

Job Description-

We are seeking skilled Service Technicians to repair and troubleshoot electronic particle measuring units. This role involves utilizing standard assembly aids and instructions to build and calibrate these units, with some requiring optics and laser alignment. Additionally, you will support customer calibration and maintenance of Particle Measuring Systems micro contamination monitoring equipment.

Key Responsibilities-

• Calibrate electronic equipment

• Troubleshoot electronic systems

• Install wiring harnesses following schematics

• Identify components using standard RETMA color and numerical coding

• Perform routine material handling activities and provide inventory cycle count information

• Identify, segregate, and provide disposition recommendations for non-conforming material

• Maintain quality documents to ensure process flow and control

Essential Skills-

• Calibration expertise

• Electronics troubleshooting

• Proficiency in reading blueprints

• Laser alignment

Additional Skills & Qualifications-

• Associate's Degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent military experience

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of soldering and multi-meters

Work Environment

You will support several product lines, working in small teams of 1 to 4 people. Your role will involve building and calibrating new units, with flexibility to support assembly or quality control as needed. Note that soldering will involve through-hole axial leaded parts, not under a microscope.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $54080.00
