Litigation Attorney

Our client, a leading Rocky Mountain law firm, is pleased to announce a fantastic career opportunity to join their dynamic litigation practice group as an associate attorney. You will work directly with their clients with their experienced litigation team. The successful individual will have three or more years of experience in complex civil litigation including civil rights disputes, Title IX, and federal and state constitutional issues. Additional experience with discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills are also necessary. Experience with insurance defense and public entities is helpful. Requirements • Must hold a professional degree in law (JD, LLB, LLM)

• Must possess a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

• Proficient in using 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Case Management Software

• Familiarity with Conveyancer and Document Management tools

• Experience in briefing, civil litigation, claim administration, and complaint handling

• Knowledge of consumer electronics industry is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to manage a large and varied workload

• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Strong ethical standards and integrity

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven track record of attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong research and report writing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
