Based in Boulder, CO, you will use application and technical knowledge of flow instrumentation and fluid properties to provide engineered solutions meeting customer's flow needs and provide insight on sizing and recommend the appropriate selection of Coriolis, Ultrasonic, Density & Viscosity, Magnetic, Vortex and/or Roxar flow instruments with the various application requirements of the customer. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Diagnose problems with installed equipment.

• Supply information needed for the development of custom-made solutions through the engineer-to-order process.

• Document account activities and keep records of support activities with customers.

• Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.

• Become a trusted subject matter expert for at least one precision flow measurement portfolio product, including application-specific uses: Coriolis, Magnetic, Vortex, USM, Roxar, Density & Viscosity, Digital Communications

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.

• Two years in sales or customer service related to technical products, preferably flow measurement instrumentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skill are required.

• Ability to travel up to 10% when required.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Data analysis and analytics experience.

• MS Excel proficient or MS PowerBI experience.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary range for this role is $86,145-99,764 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
