Job Description

We are looking for a Site Project Manager to join our team in Bothell, WA. This person will assist in a complex project that support the transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple projects within a Facility, Building, or Real Estate environment (preferably within biotech or pharma), have the ability to work collaboratively with numerous stakeholders and groups, and have financial/budget management experience. This person will be responsible for tracking, coordinating, and planning the scope, financials, schedules, and performance of the project and will need to have excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of Project Management experience

Experience working on Facility, Building, and/or Real Estate projects

Financial/Budget management experience

Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and groups

Experience working on multiple projects at once Biotech and/or Pharma experience

Smartsheet experience

Microsoft Project experience null
