Exciting FPGA Developer Supporting a Top Aerospace Company!!
Job Description
The FPGA Developer helps members of our company drive new business and technology innovations! They design and oversee the development of mission-critical software for our aerospace-targeted products. Our client has launched several products and continues to expand its in-space portfolio.
Responsibilities
Develop requirements, design, and specifications for FPGA systems.
Possess detailed technical knowledge of common communication protocols and methods of driving chips in an embedded system.
Support existing and new products, including cryptography hardware, software-defined radios, and robotics controllers.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to create and successfully deliver integrated products.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a focus on FPGA related Engineering.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience programming in VHDL (preferred) or Verilog, C/C++, MATLAB, Python.
FPGA development for custom hardware designs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience controlling robotics systems.
Experience in integrating closed-loop controls in FPGA (PID).
Experience with vision and camera systems.
Work Environment
You will be working with multidisciplinary teams to create and successfully deliver integrated products. The work involves supporting both existing and new products, including cryptography hardware, software-defined radios, and robotics controllers
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00
