Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Experience Ambassador 4 in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Workplace Experience Ambassador 4, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our building spaces are optimally arranged and maintained, contributing to an improved experience for all users. You will have the chance to interact with diverse teams and will be a key player in delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external visitors.
• Oversee all front of house services and efficiently handle incoming queries.
• Organize and assist with the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including the arrangement of furniture, signage, and equipment.
• Keep track of and update daily records of space and room bookings, as well as maintain current event calendars.
• Provide support for other facilities team services as needed.
• Utilize various platforms to manage daily activities efficiently.
• Act as a representative of the team, promoting cohesion and collaboration.
• Ensure all customer communications, both written and verbal, are handled professionally and effectively.
• Exhibit excellent planning skills to ensure smooth operations.
• Show proficiency in PC OS to effectively manage and organize data.
• Provide concierge services, demonstrating strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, reflecting an ability to address client needs and resolve issues effectively
• Demonstrated experience in Planning, indicating the ability to organize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling office mail
• Knowledge of Facility management, suggesting a capacity to ensure the workplace is well-maintained and functional
• Experience in Calendar Management, showing the ability to schedule appointments and manage office schedules
• Ability to handle Queries professionally and promptly, reflecting strong communication skills
• Experience in Catering, indicating an ability to coordinate food and beverage services for office meetings and events
• Proficiency in PC OS, reflecting an ability to troubleshoot common computer issues and maintain hardware
• Experience in Concierge Services, showing the ability to provide personal services to employees and guests, enhancing their overall workplace experience TalentMatch®
