Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Boston, Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, your role will involve managing all recruitment needs, creating job postings, and ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Transforming available job positions into engaging and well-structured job postings

• Proactively addressing follow-up questions and doubts from potential candidates

• Managing all recruitment needs, ensuring a streamlined process

• Applying your skills and knowledge to attract top talent for the continued growth of the team

• Utilizing resources like ATS and CRM to streamline recruiting operations

• Specializing in the recruitment of roles such as producers, video editors, office managers, and crafting recruitment strategies to attract professionals in these fields

• Serving as the point person for all administration related queries, concerns, and needs of the team

• Leveraging tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Applicant Track System, and others to facilitate recruitment processes

• Administering HR functions and overseeing hiring processes

• Exercising leadership skills to guide and motivate the recruitment team. Requirements • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role within Human Resources.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using ADP for financial services.

• Familiarity with ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode).

• Experience in using CareerBuilder for recruitment purposes.

• Strong CRM skills and knowledge.

• Understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

• Proficiency in using About Time software for time tracking.

• Familiarity with Applicant Track Systems for recruitment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of hiring processes and procedures.

• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) administration.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• detail oriented certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition would be advantageous.

• Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

• Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and fair employment practices.
