Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly impactful role to manage the strategic build of technology enabled capabilities.

  • Salesforce (Life sciences / ATM) enabled Clinical patient journey orchestration providing insights into the patient's cell/gene therapy journey. ETA launch mid 2025 (60% allocation)

  • Setup Oracle ERP / related technologies (such as Veeva) for procurement of stock items, incoming inspection / release of lot numbers, streamlining the accounts payable process, creation of sales order/shipping to hospitals surgical central, demand upload and planning, manufacturing. Q2 launch (40 % allocation)

  • The PM will work closely with Business partners / IT solution owners. In close collaboration with the IT solution owner and business owner, the PM will manage the build and launch of these capabilities following BRT PM & SDLC practices

  • Execute and deliver strategic enabling projects by building engagements with internal SMEs across IT (Cloud/Data/Infrastructure/IT Compliance) and business functions etc

  • Collaborate with the PM from SI partners as well as when needed technology providers or other external stakeholders for integrated timeline and ongoing risk management

  • Develop weekly, monthly status reports as well as run the project steering meetings

  • Author, develop and maintain key project documents

  • Develop high-performing project teams

  • Work with IT governance & Program Management IT LT for governance, standard & practices

  • Contribute to continual improvement

Requirements

  • Seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing projects using Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, ensuring successful delivery through adaptable planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager (15+ yrs of exp) with significant exposure to the pharmaceutical industry

  • Excellent communicator. Demonstrated capability to articulate complex situations in simple terms

  • Someone with an engaging personality, excellent grasp of Pharma and especially clinical development as well as relevant enabling capabilities

  • Proven Excellence in driving successful SDLC projects

  • GxP experience highly preferred.

  • Deep skill in structuring information.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle ERP preferred.

  • Open to experimenting and adapting new ways of thinking
