Job Description

We are working with a leading global bank that is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join their Treasury and Capital Planning team. This full-time opportunity is fully remote (EST hours) and offers the chance to work in one of the most dynamic and critical functions within the bank. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives related to liquidity, capital planning, and regulatory compliance. The position will allow you to lead cross-functional teams and work with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of high-impact programs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on treasury, capital management, or financial risk management in a banking environment.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, CCAR, and ICAAP.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale programs and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) and financial modeling tools.

  • Advanced knowledge of liquidity risk, funding strategies, and capital adequacy planning.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and regulators effectively.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end management of large-scale programs related to treasury, liquidity, and capital planning.

  • Developing and maintaining detailed program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Treasury, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Regulatory Affairs teams.

  • Overseeing regulatory compliance initiatives, including stress testing and scenario analysis programs.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing new tools and systems to enhance forecasting and risk management.
