You are:

Have you developed a reputation for your ability to strategize, analyze, design and implement important B2B eCommerce initiatives?  Do clients rely on you to create and communicate the detailed technology architecture and implementation strategy for the solution? If leading technical teams through the design and development of complex transactional systems sounds like a challenge you want to tackle, then we want to meet you.

The work:

  • Support and transform clients’ off-line (retail, catalog and phone) offerings into effective on-line commerce channels through innovative systems and process design, systems integration, and multi-channel marketing

  • Plans and performs analysis of eCommerce (Salesforce Commerce B2B ) activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing eCommerce applications

  • Offers suggestions and recommendations during solution design and execution phase from a functional perspective to ensure business intent is understood by the project team

  • Serves as the bridge/translator between the business team and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure that requirements and dependencies are well understood

  • Assist with business process redesign, roadmap planning, loyalty programs, and identifying touch points through multi-channel applications 

  • Assist clients to prepare for ongoing operations post-launch i.e., support preparation of staffing or change management plans

  • Mentor and coach team members by sharing perspective and knowledge of eCommerce initiatives and maintaining open dialogue with colleagues and clients

  • Support the development of strong client relationships by building trust, rapport and strong working relationships with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members

    Here’s what you ’ll need :

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies

  • 3+ years of experience in tactical deployment or re-launch of ecommerce applications , specifically Salesforce Commerce B2B

    Bonus points if :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

  • Knowledge of Commerce domain in general and B2B Commerce specifically. Understand unique aspects of B2B Commerce vis-a- vis' B2C Commerce.

  • Knowledge of B2B Commerce processes, capabilities. Knowledge of Commerce interactions and integrations (across domains/capabilities such as Service, OMS, ERP/Fulfillment, Fraud, Payment, Tax, Loyalty, Subscriptions etc.)

  • Be able to come up with B2B Commerce Test Scenarios and test cases- Identify and generate data that is needed for solution development and testing & support end-to-end testing and UAT

  • Knowledge of SF-B2B Commerce platform. Ability to setup and configure B2B Commerce using the Salesforce platform and work with developers and technical architects for capabilities that needs customizations

  • Knowledge of SF-Experience Cloud is a bonus

  • Knowledge of the SF data model and the interaction of various data entities in order to deliver Commerce capabilities

  • Ability to arrive at and provide solution options to Commerce problems including pros and cons, value case, recommendations

  • Ability to articulate, document and maintain requirements and requirements traceability

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
