Requirements
Education and Experience:
Degree in marketing, business, communications, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5+ years of experience managing marketing projects, preferably in in-house agency or ad agency environments.
Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Wrike, or Monday.com (Source: SG25 US Marketing and Creative.docx).
Strong knowledge of marketing and digital campaign channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, web design, and email marketing (Source: SG25 US Marketing and Creative.docx).
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) for monitoring campaign performance.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with teams, executives, and clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification (optional but a strong plus).
Familiarity with emerging AI tools for task automation and project enhancements
Experience in high-demand industries like technology, healthcare, professional services, or retail/eCommerce
