Schedule: 8:30-5 M-F
*PER Positions are currently eligible for aSign-on Bonus of $2,000 for full time positions
(Noteligible for internal folks)This Patient Experience Representative is 100% inoffice and will be responsible for:
· Patient Encounter Management:
o Providing positive and effective customer service thatsupports unit operations
o Collaborating with referring providers and practices
o Obtaining required authorizations to compile patient andstaff schedules
o Scheduling patients and supporting the patient encounter
· Check In / Check Out:
o Greeting and directing patients, families and visitors
o Monitoring daily schedule and coordinating flow withclinicians/supervisor
o Reconciling payments and preparing deposits, providing recordof transactions in Hospital systems
o Facilitating and directing communication with FinancialCounseling
· Administrative:
o Recording and forwarding messages, triaging call for urgentinformation or services, initiating call for emergency services
o Providing routine clerical support as needed
To qualify, you must have:
· A high school level of education, Bachelor'sDegree preferred
· Prior customer service or administrativeexperience preferred
· The ability to communicate effectively bothorally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations
· The ability to work with diverse internal andexternal constituencies
Schedule: 8:30-5pm M-F
