We are in search of a Pardot Consultant to join our Greater Boston area client. This is a part-time, remote role that involves the implementation of a Salesforce - Pardot integration for managing our CRM needs, database management, and campaign deployment, tracking, and reporting. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Salesforce and Pardot integration for enhancing CRM functions

• Provide guidance on Pardot-website tracking and opt-out centralization

• Oversee data quality control, specifically in managing, preventing, and merging Salesforce - Pardot sync records

• Establish structures for segmentation, setting up fields and sync flows, and enabling list segmentation based on incoming data

• Manage the Salesforce to Pardot connector, identifying and segmenting prospects

• Integrate Zoom webinar data into the CRM system

• Incorporate Google Analytics tracking into Pardot

• Implement Social Media-Pardot integration for comprehensive marketing management

• Develop reporting and analytics strategies, creating dashboards by channel, and developing attribution models

• Design and implement landing page templates

Requirements • Proven experience as a Pardot Consultant for a minimum of 5 years

• Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce Pardot

• Extensive knowledge of Pardot as a standalone platform

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Proven track record of successful Pardot implementations

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Pardot issues effectively

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to provide training and support to users on Pardot platform

• Comfortable with performing Pardot health checks and audits

• Ability to develop and implement Pardot best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A certification in Salesforce Pardot is highly desirable. Innovation starts with people.®
