Delaware North is hiring for a Marketing Analyst to join our corporate marketing team in our Boston, Massachusetts office.As a Marketing Analyst, you willbe responsible forsupporting the marketing team byprovidingactionable insights and data-driven recommendations that will guide our marketing efforts to new heights. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,800 – $76,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels toidentifytrends and insights

  • Monitor and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and website traffic

  • Provideregular reports and insights to the marketing team,utilizingdata visualizations and dashboards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals andobjectives

  • Generate actionable recommendations based on data analysis to refine strategies and drive informed decision-making

  • Assistin the creation and roll-out of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build relationship management tools

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree inmarketing,business,statistics,economics,or a related field

  • Minimum of 2- 4 yearsof work experiencein a corporate sales, marketing,or financial analyst role using data,analyticsand insights in a high volume, fast paced environment

  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics,and Data Studio, and technical expertiseregardingdata models, data mining, and pivot tables, spreadsheets, and visualization techniques

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suiteand analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
