Robert Half Finance Manager in Boston, Massachusetts
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager in the non-profit sector, based in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves working with various budget holders to enhance their understanding of costs and spend analysis. This position provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Building relationships with various stakeholders to facilitate change without any conflicts.
• Accurately processing customer credit applications.
• Managing and maintaining precise customer credit records.
• Utilizing Workday Financials, HRIS, and Adaptive for various financial operations.
• Collaborating with departments for monthly reporting and budget review meetings.
• Enhancing the analysis and visibility into the reporting department by department.
• Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting and dashboards.
• Resolving customer inquiries and monitoring customer accounts.
• Conducting financial analysis and managing the annual budget.
• Utilizing skills in Monthly Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Budgeting - Forecasting. Requirements • Applicant must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Monthly Financial Reporting is required.
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis are expected.
• Demonstrated experience in Annual Budget preparation and execution is necessary.
• Proven abilities in Budget Management are required.
• Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting is a must.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Partners.
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive Dashboards is needed.
• Experience with Workday ERP and Workday HRIS is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning software is a plus.
