Description:

Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for an Enterprise Applications Technical Lead to work on a one-year contract-to-hire position working 100% remotely.

Rate: $70-$80/hour w-2

This contract consulting position offers a comprehensive benefits package for W-2 consultants, including medical, dental, vision, disability, prescription drug coverage, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, weekly payment, and more.

Responsibilities:

· Guide data integration optimization between various corporate systems, such as PeopleSoft and Oracle.

· Evaluate and recommend improvements for data transfer processes and system usage.

· Understand and address business and legal requirements in different regions, such as tax system integrations in other countries.

· Influence business partners and key stakeholders on adopting technical solutions that align with enterprise goals.

· Research and evaluate new technologies and their application to IT strategies and business plans.

· The candidate should not be expected to build environments but should recommend optimizing existing systems.

Experience Requirements:

· Seeking an IT generalist who can bridge the gap between business and technology. This role requires someone who excels at working with cross-functional teams, gathering detailed requirements, and designing ways to optimize the integration of corporate applications. While deep expertise in any technology isn't required, a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are essential.

· Strong knowledge of the AWS ecosystem as the company is migrating systems to AWS.

· Understanding PeopleSoft modules and integration is highly preferred, though deep technical expertise is not required.

· Experience with product integration, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

· Ability to think strategically about business processes and how technology can support them.

· Strong background in IT with experience in development, operations, or IT infrastructure.
