The Opportunity

As part of the Digital Assurance and Transparency team you are expected to participate in select phases of the evaluation of internal controls in support of the external audit, specifically related to information systems and business processes. As an Intern/Trainee you are expected to support teams, observe and learn, and participate in projects, focusing on gaining exposure to PwC practices. You are expected to proactively seek guidance, clarification, and feedback while demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and finalizing tasks.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance & Technology, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Economics and Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Information Technology & Accounting, Management Information Systems & Accounting

  • Required cumulative GPA: 3.0

  • Before starting with PwC full-time, meet all educational requirements to be eligible for the primary credential license appropriate for relevant practice area, such as meeting all educational requirements to satisfy the 150 credit hour requirement necessary for the CPA license in the state in which your office will be located, or provide documentation satisfactory to the Firm that your CPA license can be obtained in the state in which your office will be located through reciprocity based on either a CPA license held, or CPA exam passed, in another state; or the educational requirements to license for the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) license.

*Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.

The salary range for this position is: $30.75 - $40.75. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
