Data Entry Specialist Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing machine and human generated demonstrations in order to generate preference data for training purposes. You will work on clearly defined use cases, leveraging a high degree of judgement to produce preference data. You will be expected to operate with autonomy and identify issues, proactively report operational challenges, and identify process improvement opportunities. You will also contribute in mentoring and training junior data associates and troubleshooting issues related to the process. Furthermore, you will be tasked with creating original and engaging content, proofreading and editing content, conducting quality checks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing a deep understanding of the subject matter for processes on the floor.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry or customer services experience

  • Ability to operate with autonomy

  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Boston, Massachusetts.

This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week. Your working hours can start between 8-9:30am, and finish between 4:30-6pm ET.
