Description We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on handling audit requests, correspondence related to taxes and reports, document filings, and drafting corporate documents. This is a contract role that requires skills in Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, Microsoft Excel, and case management among others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all audit requests and draft appropriate response letters.

• Handle correspondence related to sales & use tax, franchise tax, and annual reports.

• File and order formation documents with various Secretary of State offices.

• Handle Corporate Transparency Act filings.

• File and order good standing and other transaction-related documents such as lien searches.

• Draft and/or review simple corporate documents such as written consents and operating agreements.

• Handle all Blue Sky filings related to certain investments.

• Use Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel to perform duties efficiently.

• Perform billing functions, calendar management, and claim administration.

• Handle complaint management and corporate governance tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a paralegal role

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Case Management Software and Management Systems

• Experience in LexisNexis

• Ability to handle Billing Functions and Calendar Management

• Experience in Claim Administration and Complaint Handling

• Ability to respond to Audit Requests

• Knowledge of Corporate Governance and Corporate Blue Sky laws

• Ability to Draft Documents and manage Corporate Legal matters

• Experience in maintaining Corporate Minute Books

• Demonstrable experience in a Corporate Paralegal role.
