A mid-size Biotechnology company is seeking a Business Analyst in the Commercial group to assist with RFP Process, system implementation, and Go Live for their expense reporting tool. The BA/PM will work with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations team to select a tool/product/platform for the expense reports. The successful candidate will have experience with SAP Concur or other comparable systems to implement into the company. The BA/PM will put together PowerPoints about critical information of the project to present to the leadership team. He/she must be able to readily translate needs into actionable epics, stories, and requirements for our Agile scrum development teams. To be successful in this role, the resource should be organized, proactive, and independent. They should also be able to present, run meetings on their own, and drive out projects solo.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Become a trusted partner of product owners and developers (both internal and external)

• Respond in a timely manner to user requests and feedback

• Investigate and clearly translate these requests into actionable stories for developers

• Ensure template builds are aligned with project managers and product owners

• Clearly communicate and liaison between stakeholders and developers to refine and groom

tasks

• Create meeting meetings, send agenda's & follow ups to the right folks to ensure the project is moving forward

• Understand scope and requirements and escalate to leadership when technical asks will shift timelines or expand scope.

Compensation:

$70/hour to $90/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of Project Management and/or BA experience

• System implementation experience (full lifecycle) as PM

• 2+ years working with SAP Concur (Expense Management Tool)

• Vendor Management experience (analyzing multiple vendors and deciding a path forward)

• Cross functional experience working with Supply Chain, Sales Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial stakeholders local to Boston
