Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate in Boston, Massachusetts, who will be a key player in our litigation and pre-litigation processes. This role is vital in ensuring that our cases are processed effectively and efficiently. As an Associate, you will be expected to maintain thorough reviews of each case, provide guidance to case staff, and be the point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation and pre-litigation caseload, ensuring each case is processed efficiently and effectively.

• Provide guidance and support to case staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

• Maintain detailed documentation in case management software, enabling efficient reporting to firm managers.

• Utilize your litigation experience to draft motions, prepare trial exhibits, and summarize depositions.

• Apply your skills in Personal Injury Plaintiffs, Pre-Litigation, and Litigation Practice to ensure the success of each case.

• Leverage your trial experience, trial notebooks, and trial preparation skills to effectively represent our clients in court.

• Handle all aspects of Personal Injury Litigation, passionately advocating for our clients who have been injured. Requirements • Possess expertise in Personal Injury Plaintiffs

• Demonstrable experience in Pre-Litigation

• Proficient in Litigation Practice

• Must have previous Litigation Experience

• Experience as a Litigation Attorney is required

• Familiarity with Personal Injury Litigation

• Capable of creating Deposition Summary

• Proficiency in Drafting Motions

• Must have Trial Experience

• Knowledge of preparing Trial Notebooks

• Ability to handle Trial Exhibits

• Experience in Trial Preparation is essential
