Join our New England Team: Safety Manager Position Available

We are currently seeking a Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols across our projects. Key responsibilities include conducting safety meetings, identifying potential risks, and implementing necessary safety measures. The role entails providing safety education, developing work plans, and scrutinizing safety plans from external partners to ensure project safety.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a safety manager, coordinator, or trainer is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in safety management.

· Candidates must exhibit strong leadership skills, enabling them to effectively train and mentor others within the team.

· A comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations is essential, ensuring compliance with safety standards and guidelines.

· The ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement effective corrective measures is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey safety information clearly and facilitate effective collaboration.

· Candidates should be prepared for travel, with the ability to spend up to 10% of their time supporting the New England office.

· Possession of OSHA 30 certification is required, and OSHA 500 is preferred, showcasing a commitment to professional development and expertise in safety protocol.

· Being English/Spanish bilingual is considered a plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to communicate and engage with a diverse workforce.
