The Warehouseman, Borger Refinery will reorder, receive, inspect, locate, deliver, issue, ship, count, and requisition equipment and material for stock and non-stock items.

Responsibilities May Include:
Verifying by visual and technical inspection all incoming purchases in accordance to purchase order specifications and conformance with refining practices which requires color coding, positive material identification, testing, and measuring as specified. Tagging of all incoming materials with bar-coded labels is required for inspection and locating. Performs Goods Receipt processes in accordance with Phillips 66 best practices.
Locating all incoming stock and non-stock materials to appropriate bin locations or specified storage areas after receipt verification via bar-coded tags. Determining methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering commodity, temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space.
Delivering stock and non-stock materials to designated areas via forklift, truck, or walking. Pick requested stock materials via electronic pick lists or verbal, emergency requests. Delivering to specified areas may be required. Picking is done manually, in accordance to weight/body limitations, order picker, hand truck, or forklift.
Shipping out repairable materials or nonconformance receipts via vendor trucks, hot shots, UPS, air-freight, or motor freight in accordance with specified procedures i.e., MSDS, bill of ladings, return authorizations, approved purchase orders, and approved vendor/manufacturer's listings.
Daily cycle counting in accordance with specified area procedures to assure accurate inventories. Compiling and reconciling exception reports based on discrepancies due to shortages, overages, damages, or system inaccuracies.
Requisitioning warehouse stock materials on an emergency basis. Requisitioning non-stock inventory items periodically.
Controlling of warehouse material movements, issuing, and housekeeping including stock material, records, requisitions, staging materials and tools.
Providing job kitting as directed by Warehouse Supervisor. Ensure adequate and efficient access to kitted materials.
Attending warehouse meetings as required.
Providing records and control of warehouse materials to ensure safe handling and shipping of materials and returns.
Required Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
High School diploma or GED
Five or more years of relevant experience in an industrial warehouse setting
Valid driver’s license
Willing and able to perform/comply with the following, with or without a reasonable accommodation:
Work some overtime, nights, and weekends according to business need
Move items weighing up to 50 pounds
Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment, such as steel toed boots, ear and eye protection
Maintain your face daily (i.e. clean shaven) so that a respirator/face mask can properly seal
Operate a fork lift and become certified
Frequently stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl and talk or hear
Use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjust focus, in particular when operating fork lift and order picker
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of computerized inventory tracking systems, such as SAP
Experience in the operation of material unloading equipment -- i.e. forklifts
Experience with warehouse material management contractors and their key personnel
Experience in warehousing material movements, kitting processes and practices
IATA / Hazmat shipping certification
The Borger Refinery is located in Borger, Texas, in the Texas Panhandle, approximately 50 miles north of Amarillo, Texas. Refinery facilities include crude distilling, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation, hydrodesulfurization and delayed coking units. The refinery processes primarily medium sour crude oil produced locally, and heavy sour crude oil produced in Canada, all of which are delivered by pipeline. Borger produces a high percentage of transportation fuels, as well as petroleum coke, NGLs and solvents. Refined products are distributed to customers via pipelines from the refinery to West Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and the Midcontinent region.
