Your responsibilities Job Summary Conducts and presents Operations training programs. Trains employees at workstations and in the classroom. Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period. Aids in developing basic training materials and job aids. Collects information to improve training programs. Develops feedback mechanisms for course content. Provides input into the development of a training plan. May have logistical responsibilities regarding the training. Assists in other tasks or projects as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of Aerospace plant experience, with strong knowledge of all operational positions Strong communication skills; the ability to change communication style to relate information in a variety of ways based on the learner Ability to read and write business-related correspondence proficiently Basic computer skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Preferred Requirements: Some college coursework, with completion of an associate or bachelor degree strongly preferred.
