As Teamleader Commercial Finance, you will be a business partner focused on driving profitable growth together with the German leadership team. Leading and championing your team you'll develop fantastic relationships with your key senior stakeholders, making your team a trusted partner to the business and supporting them to drive the success of the business through the delivery of a high-quality commercial finance offering. You'll drive positive change and improvements ensuring a visible and regular presence, refining processes and schedules, introducing new ways of working and ultimately maximizing the "value added" by the team.
What you’ll do:
Act as a Business Partner for the commercial organisation
Ensure real time support, financial guidance and improved insights into business performance and informed decision making
Provide decision support for commercial deals, pricing actions and investments opportunities
Provide support for the annual profit plans and monthly forecasting working together with the German leadership team. Specific focus on margins and profitability analytics
Design and propose financial solutions to business challenges while maintaining governance and financial controls
Continuously improve tools and processes to get better insights into the business
Engage pro-actively the leadership team of the German Organization to drive initiatives in order to reach/exceed annual business targets
Leverage financial metrics and insights to uncover new initiatives to optimize business processes and results in all relevant areas
Be a driving force of initiative taking, constructive communication and team collaboration within the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Finance
Experienced in Business Partnering with a commercial organisation
Skills:
Proven background leading teams or projects
Comfortable influencing others and managing stakeholders
Fluent in German and English
