A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD and BEVERAGE ADMIN ASSISTANT:
As a Food and Beverage Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the FandB team by providing clerical support to the administrative functions of Club operations as needed and assigned. You will manage spreadsheets and reports for tips/gratuities in payroll, update club dining, banquet, and special event menus, and assist with dining reservations for Club Members. In addition, you will assist in coordinating programs and functions of the FandB Department, including banquets and special events as needed.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 2 years of administrative experience.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must have experience withNorthstar,Jonas,or other Club Management Software.
- Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have some accounting experience.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills, and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work autonomously, developing and proposing solutions to problems that occur andanticipatingthe needs of staff and membership.
- Must have the desire to provide superior customer service.
- Mustbe in compliance witha Drug Free Workplace.
