RENLITA DOORS NORTH AMERICA LLC Field Sales (Architectural) Representative in BONHAM, Texas

Job Summary:

Architectural Field Representative to serve as the primary liaison between Renlita/EVODoors and architects, contractors, builders, and other industry professionals. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of architectural sales experience and 1 year of experience in presentations in a group setting. Must be able to read architectural drawings and outside sales is a plus. TravelRequired (75%) - Expenses for travel are costs associated with traveling to conduct business-related activities and will be covered by Renlita. The ideal candidate will promote our products through AIA presentations, provide technical expertise, and support integrating our door systems in commercial and residential projects. This role is critical in ensuring that our products are specified into projects that can benefit from large openings. Please apply if you meet the above requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust knowledge of all Renlita product lines/services
  • Schedule all Lunch and Learns in coordination with territory campaigns.
  • Presenting informative presentations per AIA guidelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and

builders to promote Renlita and EVO door products and solutions.

  • Conduct presentations, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations to educate

clients on the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our products.

  • Set up the presentation areas and break them down after the presentation.
  • Schedule and Coordinate all meals (lunches - breakfast - refreshments -snacks)

for each presentation.

  • Work with Renlita on activities surrounding field marketing campaigns.
  • Submit all AIA credits to Ron Blank and Associates.
  • Have appropriate materials, signage, sales team business cards, and other

materials needed to be used after the presentation.

  • Address any questions regarding the use of our doors in a multitude of designs.
  • Track expenses in an organized fashion and submit them via Concur app.
  • Report weekly on the status of all Lunch and Learn activities.
  • Document and share lead/customer intelligence with management, sales team, and

Social Media Coordinator.

  • Attend trade shows as needed to assist with staging and tear-down, along with

interacting with attendees by providing detailed information on Renlita and EVO

products.

  • Any other duties that are assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in marketing, Business administration, communications, or a

related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience may be substituted.

  • Superb oral communication skills are critical for carrying out field marketing

responsibilities, as the position requires an aptitude for interpersonal relationship-building.

  • Having prior experience in the marketing industry is ideal for obtaining this role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Apple Pages, Apple Numbers, and Mac

computers.

  • Willingness to travel is a must for this position.
  • Candidates should also possess excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Authorization and Consent to Drug/Alcohol testing, background check, and credit check.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
