Projects:

Our customer is looking for a seasoned IT Project Coordinator to assist 2-3 of their Project Managers on multiple IT projects which including application development and infrastructure related project. Project Coordinator will be responsible for Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, Coordinating project schedules and ensure that deadlines are met, and Monitoring project progress and identify potential issues or delays. Must have experience working with a formal PPM tool (MS Project, ADO, ServiceNow, etc).

Responsibilities:

Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.

• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates.

• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Prepare and distribute regular project reports to stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Resource Management:

• Assist in the allocation and management of project resources.

• Monitor project budgets and expenses, reporting any variances to the project manager.

Risk Management:

• Identify and report potential risks and issues that may impact project success.

• Support the development of risk mitigation strategies.

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support to the project manager and team members.

• Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring all documents are filed and stored appropriately.
