\"Digital DesignerPosition OverviewWe are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing digital content across various platforms, focusing on enhancing our brand identity and driving customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to produce high-quality designs that align with our marketing objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute creative design concepts for digital advertising campaigns across social media and other digital touchpoints.Collaborate with marketing and project management teams to ensure alignment of design objectives with overall campaign strategies.Create and optimize visual content for various digital platforms including websites, social media, and email marketing.Utilize proofing tools to review design work and ensure accuracy of content and branding guidelines.Engage in video editing and animation to produce compelling multimedia content that captures audience attention.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.Work closely with outside partners to develop cohesive branding and marketing materials.QualificationsBachelors degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.Must be proficient in design software such as Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.Experience in social media advertising and digital marketing strategies.Strong understanding of retail media and ad products.Proven ability to create and edit video content and animations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.Beauty industry experience STRONGLY PREFERRED In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
