Business Systems Analyst (26686) Bolden Valley, MN | Contract

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have a proven track record in business/system analysis, business process improvement, and Solutions Design. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements, developing technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement system solutions.- Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems.- Prepare and present reports on project status and system performance.Required Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in business process analysis and improvement.- Experience with project management methodologies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Technical proficiency with relevant software and tools.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.- Knowledge of specific business systems and software used in the organization.Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is an equal opportunity employer.
