As a Supplier Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing supplier relationships and performance within your assigned category. You'll work closely with internal teams to assess supplier effectiveness and help shape sourcing strategies that enhance procurement efficiency. With a focus on cost reduction and continuous improvement, you'll contribute to key initiatives that optimize supply chain operations and overall procurement performance. Responsibilities

As a Supplier Performance Manager, Job duties include:

• Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes to enhance overall performance.

• Apply a deep understanding of your assigned category to drive effective planning, forecasting, and execution.

• Utilize advanced negotiation skills to maintain favorable terms with suppliers and ensure value-driven agreements.

• Collaborate internally to develop key performance metrics for regional suppliers, and monitor supplier performance against these expectations to drive continuous improvement.

• Participate in supplier benchmarking analysis to improve cost, supply chain, and quality outcomes in procurement activities.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within a global organization.

• Proven track record in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders to drive results.
