How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ The Enterprise Architecture group is on a mission to drive the wanted position for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions by supporting this growing agile business. We are seeking a skilled customer focused Solution Architect (SA) to join our dynamic team to help us realize this quest. This role will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, utilizing analytical, technical and problem-solving skills to enhance organizational processes and awareness. This role is part of the Enterprise Wireless Solutions Enterprise Architecture team, yet focused on the business to ensure requirements and solutions align with the longer-term strategy and target architecture.\ \ The ideal candidate would be an excellent collaborator in their communication style and able to engage with diverse audiences and contexts seeking to understand the business objective and using technical skills to document the request. They would have the ability to articulate these business requirements and information clearly and effectively into scoping requirements for a team to assess against technical capabilities and roadmaps. This role is paramount in enhancing customer satisfaction and an active participate in customer satisfaction surveys to ensure we are exceeding customer expectations.\ \ What Will You Do?\ The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, documenting and oversight of technical solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating these into technical specifications for architectural and security reviews. The Solution Architect ensures that the solutions are scalable, reliable, and align with the Enterprise Wireless Solutions strategic goals.\ \ Design and Architecture:

  • Develop high-level architectural solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Create detailed technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
  • Understanding of security frameworks and create detailed data flow diagrams

\ Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Present architectural designs and solutions to stakeholders and review boards.

\ Technology Evaluation:

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Assess the impact of new technologies on current systems and processes.

\ Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that solutions meet quality standards and performance requirements.
  • Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of the architecture.

\ Documentation and Training:

  • Document all architectural decisions and solutions.
  • Provide training and support to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four-year bachelor\'s in computer science (or equivalent) with eight to ten (8- 10) years progressive IT knowledge
  • Five (5) years of experience in architecting and implementing solutions with a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in solution development
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate solutions and designs to stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset demonstrating results-oriented success working in a cross-functional team

\ Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF and LeanIX
  • Ability to solve business requirements in end-to-end system design. This includes cloud design architecture (SaaS, IaaS) design skills as it relates to application support and migration to cloud based constructs
  • FedRAMP and GovCloud experience in support of applications and cloud environments that meet DFARS and NIST 800-171 requirements
  • Strong knowledge of software development languages and tools
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Gitlab, Jira, other SDLC processes)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
